...we had fritesaus (Euro mayo…) for our fries. In a way, I used to think it was weird that they would dip french fries in mayo instead of ketchup. At GOOD DOG it has become the most popular french fry condiment. And if you are going to talk ‘beer’ with it all, Heineken had to be the house beer; brewed in the Netherlands and served tall-boy! Seriously!
My upbringing... story... personal heritage... whatever you would call it, is no different than yours. It’s simply where I have come from and out of it developed the love of a GOOD hot dog, the enjoyment of GOOD times and the pleasure of GOOD folks.
